Cancellation Policy

Deposit Requirement A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final service total. Cancellations & Rescheduling 48 hours or more notice: Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new appointment. Less than 48 hours notice: Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeit of your deposit as a cancellation fee. No-shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited and you may be required to pay the full amount of the missed service before booking again.
