DOW CORNING TORAY SF 8421 EG Fluid is a polysiloxane functionalized with epoxy and polyether. DOW CORNING TORAY SF 8421 EG Fluid is used as an additive to epoxy resin for application like e.g. epoxy molding compound (EMC) to improve flowability and stress relief.

HOW TO USE

DOW CORNING TORAY SF 8421 EG Fluid is applied in units of percents, e.g. 1% of the total mass of EMC. DOW CORNING TORAY SF 8421 EG Fluid can be used as an additive to EMC without any pre-reaction.
